Maria founded US Interamerican Realty back in 2008. She is a dedicated licensed real estate broker who also focuses her time and effort on new business development. Her backgrounds as a civil engineer and master degree in Construction Management gives her the management and entrepreneurial skills required for the business. After working several years on project management of commercial projects, she decided to bring all her knowledge to serve the community in the real estate industry. Her integrity, dedication and honesty grow the confidence among all the parties to achieve a smooth and satisfactory transaction.

Maria loves to work with people from diverse cultures and has a pleasant personality and proficient listening skills. She also likes to serve the community by being an active member in her church helping on several ministries as well as collaborating with charitable organizations. She has been married for over 9 years and is a dedicated mother of two girls with whom she enjoys sharing precious moments, practicing sports, participating in local activities, going outdoors and mingle with friends.

She is also a certified general contractor, an accredited LEEP Ap (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design – green building certification) and has the ABR (Agent Buyer Representative) designation. She is fluent in Spanish and English.
